Wow. You are the most responsive VRBO manager we have ever had and we’ve rented a ton of properties all over the western US. Pure gratitude for your efforts. So often no one mentions anything to those of us who go the extra mile. It really matters. Thanks again. I just know we’re going to wish we could stay longer but we have business in Payson beforehand and then have to get back to work after our Prescott visit. I’m sure we’ll end up returning.:-)

I loved this sweet little home! It was perfect for my introduction to Prescott. The place is spotless (which is extremely important to me!) and had everything I needed to make it my temporary home. The kitchen is fully outfitted with all of the dishware, cookware, and appliances needed for any meal, large or small. The back patio is so peaceful and inviting, the perfect place to just relax and listen to nature. Two great televisions with cable and a strong/fast Wi-Fi connection. If there was a any negative at all, it was my cell service. My phone calls dropped frequently unless I was in the bedroom where I had stronger reception, not really a big deal at all.
My goal was to be close to downtown without being right in the noise and traffic so the location was perfect. It's an easy 1.5mile walk down to Whiskey Row and the square, with two good options for the walk, Montezuma being a bit steeper and sunny, or Park being beautifully shaded and easier. There is also a Safeway within walking distance from the house. Walk up Copper Basin and you find hidden hiking trails in Hassayampa or continue on up Copper Basin to the forest neighborhoods and stunning views.
Judy and staff are great, communication was always timely. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is one the absolute best property management companies I have ever worked with. So friendly and helpful and professional! Everytime something has gone wrong at the house all I have to do is call and they get it fixed so very fast! We had a flood back in July due to a rain storm and they were at the house within 20 minutes helping get everything out of the water. The restoration process took some time but they were amazing at communicating and letting us know where things were in the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Bear Creek Realty is by far the most professional, friendly, and most courteous staff that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Before we moved in on 2/10/17 there was a water leak coming from under the house. It was fixed right away. we had another concern about the stove grate sparking and the appliance man was there to fix it in less than an hour. Last but not least upon reviewing our move in sheet I was called on a Sunday night to confirm that I would be home the next business day to have the issues taken care of. I have never been treated this well by any property management company, not even living in on-post housing when I was in the Army. Bear Creek obviously cares about their tenants and properties and it is an absolute pleasure to work with everyone. On average with other property management companies in this area, tenants have to wait 1-2 weeks for maintenance unless it is a dyer emergency, which in my opinion is unacceptable. I would like to thank the entire staff and management team for taking their jobs seriously and providing top notch customer service, and getting maintenance work followed through even if it is something so simple. Thank you Bear Creek from the bottom of my heart and for providing exemplary customer service.

I have used this company to manage our rental properties (an apartment comples and a duplex) for over 7 years and would highley reccommend them to anyone! They are consistant, dilegent, and extremely honest. Their effeciency is phenominal. If you are in the market for a 5 star Management Company, I highly suggest this company. Brenda has even gone above and beyond and helps us with our bill paying and finances.

I agree with the comments above however, I did get a little frustrated trying to get them to call me back when I left a message recently about a window that the neighbor kid broke. It seems that they are limited in their phone lines and this can be a hassle. Other than that, they have been good.

The perfect place for our Christmas vacation
We could not have chosen a better place to spend our family Christmas! The house is spectacular, comfortable with ample spaces to enjoy inside and outside. Kay, the owner, made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay the best. The rooms are big, and each one has it's own bathroom. Everything in the house is first class. The hot tub was the absolute favorite at night! All you need is in the house and it is so warm and cozy you really don't need to go anywhere else. Walking around the neighborhood was also an adventure we enjoyed. And we saw kangaroos and wallabies! Yes, our first time seeing them! The kids had a blast! We absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend some quality family time. With all its comfort and generous spaces, nobody wanted to leave and we had a wonderful family time because of that.
