We have used Bear Creek for many, many years and have been wonderfully satisfied with everything they do for us and our rental property. They go out of their way to help one with all their rental needs. All the staff and management deserve a huge high five for their services. Great communication, easy to get along with, and they also don't gouge the owners with huge fees and management fees. I would highly recommend them to help an owner rent their home of any kind! We relocated to Prescott last summer and Brenda at Bear Creek Realty had been working with us closely even before our move and was so helpful
with getting into the property and made our move so easy. Since then any time we needed something she attended to it very timely and always answered all my questions. We are very comfortable with this management company. Thanks Brenda for always being there for us!!!

Great staff and the are always willing to help! If I ever had problems with my rental they'd get someone out asap to fix it.

I just stayed in The Continental of Lincoln for 3 Months. Lilly and Jan the owner of the unit could not have been more beautiful to work with. I would highly recommend using Lilly and this Co. They are wonderful. It was a great unit, clean, quiet and very comfortable.

I call B. S. on all these negative reviews.
Brenda and Bear creek have had my business for 8 years.
They have given personal service at every need for my self as well as my tenants. They take all the hassle out of the rental business.
Happy tenants make for long term tenants. Brenda and company go out of their way to provide courteous professional service to folks on both sides of the rental contract.
Do not be misled they will work hard to earn your trust and keep your business.

I have rented my home through Brenda and her team for 8 years now and have had nothing but an absolutely positive experience.
I ended up with my mother's home after she passed in 2010 and wasn't sure how to keep the home and possibly rent it. I also didn't know the first thing about being a landlord! Brenda was so nice and walked me through every part of the process. She really made things so comfortable for me, especially at a very difficult time.
Since that time, I've had about 5 tenants, not including a couple of vacation renters in the in-between season. Just about everyone who have come through the home have been good renters, save maybe one who lied on their application.
I can call the team whenever I have a question or concern. They are very responsive. Over the years, Brenda has become like family. So blessed to have her looking after the my moms home and our interest.

We rented a couple different fully furnished vacation homes from Bear Creek and had a fantastic experience. I mostly worked with Meg and she was very helpful, professional, flexible and responsive. Working with Bear Creek allowed us to sell our home and live in Prescott while we started the home shopping process.
At first I was hesitant to work with Bear Creek because of some negative reviews. But I am glad I took the chance. They are everything I expect from a professional company. I don't know this first hand, but as a landlord myself I suspect some of the negative reviews are from what I would consider bad renters. I actively recommend Bear Creek to anyone needing their services.

I've been working with Brenda and Bear Creek for over 5 years now. They manage a property for me and do an outstanding job. They've helped me out of several difficult circumstances, from squatters to repairs, they've handled themselves with professionalism and integrity. Brenda is incredibly personable and goes out of her way to help owners and tenants. Hiring Bear Creek was the best property management decision I've ever made.

Me and my Daughter's moved to Prescott about 20 years ago, we were starting over, so we decided to start a cleaning company, we made flyers and started passing them out to Realtors, Brenda Heath was so kind and understanding, she helped me and my Daughter's find a place that was affordable for us to rent, plus she helped us with work, being a single Mom with 3 children plus my niece, she was compassionate with helping us,

Brenda and Clayton were instrumental in maintaining my sanity as a property owner and just as lovely when selling my property. After another experience with a terrible property management company in the Prescott area, I was lucky enough to stumble upon Beak Creek and be taken on as a client with a quick turnaround and onboarding. Brenda is a lifelong Prescott local and her personal touch and understanding of the market made all the difference, unlike property management firms from Phoenix or elsewhere. She has the contacts, connections and initiative to get things fixed well and fixed quickly which allowed me to breathe easier.
When it came time to sell the home, Brenda was quick, transparent and effective in all the right ways, guiding us through the process and helping us get the most bang for our buck. We couldn't have done it as easily without her and Clayton's help.
I can't recommend the firm enough for both property management and real estate - Bear Creek proved that the local approach is, as is often the case, the right one. Thank you both, Brenda and Clayton!

Brenda is the sweetest person I have ever rented from in my life. My family has had a rough year, and we are so grateful to have had the support and genuine care from Brenda and everyone at Bear Creek Real estate.
